When it comes to Black Friday, I like to think of it like a sports game, with three key phases:🤸 Warm-Up
⛳ Game Day
🏆 Post-MatchLet me break it down quickly- Phase 1: Warm-Up - This is where the grunt of the work happens. You set your strategy, shape your offer, and build your assets - think emails, ad creatives, social posts, website banners.Because once the sale’s live, you don’t want to be writing captions or scrambling for graphics.- Phase 2: Game Day - Your offer is live. This isn’t the time to build the campaign, it’s time to monitor your ad results, look at your email data and listen to your customers so you can tweak and amplify.- Phase 3: Post-Match - This is the phase most brands skip, and it’s a costly mistake. You’ve just brought in a lot of new customers and keen eyeballs… don’t ghost them once the hype dies down.
